Ludwig A. Odierna, President

Ludwig A. Odierna is the founder and principal officer of the company. Mr. Odierna has extensive experience in the mortgage industry. He served as Vice President and Mortgage Officer at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company. Subsequently, he served as Senior Vice President and Mortgage Officer at East River Savings Bank and a Vice President and Mortgage Officer at Hamilton Federal Savings Bank. He is a former chairman of the Mortgage Finance Committee of National Association of Savings Bank, a former Member of the New York State Bankers Association Mortgage Review Board and a former President of the Long Island Mortgage Officers Society. Based upon his broad experience in the industry, Mr. Odierna gave testimony before Cogressional Sub-Committees on matters relating to the mortgage industry.
